LSDTopoTools / lsdtopytools

LSDTopoTools is a research software for topographic analysis. It’s a set of high performance C++ routines with some python for the visualisation aiming explicitely at making topographic analysis reproducible and objective. Started in 2013, Simon M. Mudd is the lead developer at the University of Edinburgh

I worked a lot on it during my PhD I added multiple tools including kinckpoint extraction and constraining concavity index.

I made python bindings to make both usage and installation easier, CD/CI with conda-forge: lsdtopytools.
